SOS Call:in case of an emergency you can establish a manual call from inside the vehicle, via hard button, infotainment screen, or through the mobile app My Alfa Connect, to the emergency call centre or national emergency services (24 hours a day). Vehicle calls are automatically localised by the Alfa Connect Box. Under certain crash conditions, an SOS Call is automatically generated which connects to a call centre.
Roadside Assistance: you can manually establish a voice call via infotainment screen or mobile app My Alfa Connect in case of Roadside Assistance with a call centre operator. The vehicle location and VIN will be automatically provided. Under certain conditions like powertrain system faults, fuel system faults or braking system faults, the vehicle automatically establishes a voice call between vehicle occupants and roadside assistance.
Remote Operations: you can interact with your Alfa Romeo without even being close to it. Lock and unlock doors and activate the lights all through your smartphone or smartwatch.
Vehicle Finder: finding your car in a crowded parking lot will no longer be a problem. Visualise your vehicle’s position on your smartphone, smartwatch and website. You can see the distance between you and your car, and even get to it directions.
My Remote includes also At-Home Digital Assistant*, Drive Alerts* and Eco-Score*.
Vehicle Info: know the status of your car at a glance. This package keeps you in the know with real-time vehicle conditions like fuel level, tyre pressure, odometer and oil life. Logging into My Alfa Connect mobile app and website you can see the Vehicle Info updated at the time of the last trip. Get a complete check-up of your car in real time for maximum driving safety.
My Car includes also Vehicle Health Alert* and In-Vehicle Notifications*.
Send & GO*: an advanced navigation experience that allows you to search for a destination on your smartphone and send it to the vehicle's navigation system via My Alfa Connect mobile app, thanks to the Send & GO feature. Reaching your desired destination has never been easier, without interruptions from your car to your smartphone.
My Navigation also includes POI Search*, Live Weather/Live Traffic/Live Speedcams*, Last Mile Navigation* and Parking Finder /Fuel Finder for smart navigation.
Wi-Fi Hotspot: the 4G LTE vehicle hotspot, provided by Ubigi, can connect up to 8 devices at the same time to surf on the internet while traveling, so that all your passengers are guaranteed to stay entertained. The first registration must be done on-board while connected to the vehicle’s hotspot, once completed the user and all passengers are able to connect and use their devices.
Theft Alarm Notification: if the vehicle detects a suspected theft attempt, such as unauthorised towing of the vehicle or battery disconnection, you will receive a notification.
Stolen Vehicle Assistance: Stolen Vehicle Assistance: this service provides you with assistance in the event of car theft. You can call the contact centre directly to request help, by pressing the "Call" button in the My Alfa Connect mobile app and, once the theft is confirmed with a police report, security features including vehicle tracking will be activated.
*Please note that the connectivity services of Customer Care, Vehicle Health Report, At-Home Digital Assistant, Drive Alerts, Vehicle Health Alert, In-Vehicle Notifications, Send & Go, POI Search, Live Weather/ Live Traffic/ Live Speedcams, Last Mile Navigation, Parking/Fuel Finder, will be activated starting approximately from November 2020. Most Alfa Connect Services packages are already included in the price of the car, for a period of time ranging from 3 to 5 years, depending on the package. My Assistant is already active, whilst for the My Car, My Remote and My Navigation packages you only need to complete the registration process.
Some Alfa Connect Services packages are available for a fee, with variable subscription periods, such as My Wi-Fi and My Theft Assistance.
