My Assistant will make you feel safe wherever you go. You can contact the emergency services using the dedicated button on the ceiling, or from the FIAT app. You can also contact roadside assistance via the touchscreen or the app. Thanks to the Uconnect Box, in the event of an emergency call or roadside assistance, your vehicle details including location, will be automatically provided to the operator.
With My Remote you can locate the position of your New 500 directly from your smartphone. And that's not all. From the app you can lock and unlock the doors, program the climate control to heat or cool the car, and create vehicle charging schedules. Use the Amazon Alexa voice assistant to perform remote operations, access car information and use other compatible Uconnect Services.
My Remote also includes Drive Alerts and Eco-Score.
This feature keeps you informed of vehicle conditions in real time, such as the battery level of your New 500, tyre pressures and odometer. By logging into the FIAT app and the My Uconnect website, you can view vehicle information. Get complete control of your car in real time for maximum driving safety.
My Car also includes Vehicle Health Report and In-Vehicle Notifications.
Reaching your destination has never been easier. With My Navigation you can send the location or address you want to travel to, from the FIAT app to your vehicle with a simple touch on your smartphone. The infotainment display of your New 500 will show you traffic, weather updates and speed camera notifications in real time, as well as the closest charging stations and destinations reachable based on the remaining battery charge. Your maps will always be updated with "over-the-air" updates.
My Navigation also includes POI Search, Parking Finder and Last Mile Navigation.
With My Wi-Fi you will always feel at home. The New 500 will become a Wi-Fi hotspot to connect up to 8 devices: you and your passengers will have a free trial period to be able to surf the web, listen to streaming music and audiobooks, work online in total comfort and use the on board Amazon Alexa voice assistant
After the initial free trial period, you can choose to purchase a data package.
Always keep a watchful eye on your New 500 with the optional My Alert service. In the unfortunate event there is a suspected theft attempt, such as unauthorised towing, you will immediately receive a push notification on your FIAT app. In the event of theft, you can call the operations centre to request assistance and, once the theft has been reported to the authorities, the security functions will be activated, including vehicle tracking.
With My eCharge, you have a suite of services dedicated to the electric charge of your New 500. With the FIAT app, you can easily find public charging stations nearby, and access features for charging, payments and track charging history.
At home you will be able to quickly access your private Wallbox and, thanks to remote management, get the most out of your connected Wallbox.Most Uconnect™ Services packages are already included in the price of the car, for a period of 3 years. My Assistant is already active, whilst for the My Car, My Remote and My Navigation packages you only need to complete the registration process to use them.
